How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on all US orders over $56. Orders under $56 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track USPS shipments at usps.com and UPS shipments at ups.com, or via the tracking link in your confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes can’t be guaranteed. Contact us at info@plantiqo.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you before the order ships.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my order arrived damaged or defective?
If your product arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise unusable, contact us at info@plantiqo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
Contact us at info@plantiqo.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes. Pre-orders for Thrive Leaf Guard Elixir can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships. Once shipped, our standard all-sales-final policy applies. Email us at info@plantiqo.com with your order number to cancel.

What is Preserve Leaf Elixir?
Preserve is a plant-based houseplant leaf cleaner and conditioning spray. One weekly spray removes dust and debris from leaf surfaces, delivers lightweight hydration via aloe and jojoba, and deters pests with naturally occurring neem compounds — without silicones, synthetic pesticides, or petrochemicals. What is Thrive Leaf Guard Elixir?
Thrive is a plant-based protection and immunity spray. Applied weekly after Preserve dries, it primes your plant’s natural defenses with seaweed extract, strengthens cell walls against pests with potassium silicate (OMRI-certified), and creates a protective layer without blocking stomata. Are your products safe for all houseplants?
Preserve and Thrive are formulated for broad-leafed tropical houseplants: Monsteras, Fiddle Leaf Figs, Pothos, Rubber Plants, Snake Plants, Peace Lilies, Philodendrons, and similar. For succulents and cacti, use sparingly. For plants with hairy or fuzzy leaves (certain Calatheas, African Violets), we recommend testing on a single leaf first. Always mist from 6–8 inches away and allow to air dry.
Are your products safe around pets and children?
Our formulas are plant-based and free from synthetic pesticides, petrochemicals, and parabens. However, Plantiqo products are not intended for human or animal consumption. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not apply near food preparation surfaces.
Why does my Preserve spray fizz when I shake it?
Gentle fizzing after shaking is completely normal — it’s caused by Decyl Glucoside, the plant-derived surfactant in the formula. Shake gently and let the foam settle for a moment before spraying. It won’t affect the formula’s performance.
How should I store my Plantiqo products?
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Keep the trigger sprayer upright when not in use. Shelf life is approximately 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Do I need both Preserve and Thrive?
Preserve handles cleaning and conditioning — it’s the foundation. Thrive builds on that foundation with protection and immunity. Used together weekly, they represent a complete leaf care ritual. If you’re starting out, begin with Preserve and add Thrive when you’re ready to take your plant care to the next level.

Every bottle of Plantiqo is handcrafted in small batches in Savannah, Georgia.
Are your products organic?
Our formulas are plant-based and made with high-quality, responsibly sourced ingredients. Some ingredients (like potassium silicate) are mineral-derived and OMRI-listed for organic farming. We do not claim “100% natural” or “certified organic” because we use Geogard 221, an accepted synthetic preservative, to maintain formula stability and safety. We believe in honest labeling — plant-based, not greenwashed.

What is Preserve Leaf Elixir?
Preserve is a plant-based leaf spray formulated to cleanse, hydrate, and nourish houseplant leaves. Made with aloe vera, jojoba seed oil, and cold-pressed botanicals — it's a weekly ritual for thriving leaves.
How do I use Preserve?
Shake gently before use. Mist both sides of leaves from 6–8 inches away. Wipe with a damp cloth for best results. Use weekly.
Is it safe for all plants?
Yes. The formula is stomata-safe and free from waxes and harsh chemicals. We recommend testing on one leaf first if your plant is particularly sensitive.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not provide return shipping labels or cover return shipping costs under any circumstances.
