At Plantiqo, every bottle is handcrafted in small batches in Savannah, Georgia. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not provide return shipping labels or cover the cost of return shipping under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
We are committed to making it right if your order arrives damaged or defective. If your product arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise unusable, please contact us at info@plantiqo.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review your claim, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We do not issue cash refunds on damaged items.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order purchases for Thrive Leaf Guard Elixir may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships. Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard all-sales-final policy applies. To cancel a pre-order, contact us at info@plantiqo.com with your order number.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us at info@plantiqo.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Plantiqo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office. For packages lost in transit before delivery, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
