Shipping Policy

Overview

Every bottle of Plantiqo is handcrafted in small batches in Savannah, Georgia. We take care in packing each order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2โ€“5 business days. Please note that all orders have a 24-hour processing lag from the time the order is placed before fulfillment begins. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During launch periods or high-volume times, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates

We ship all US orders via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free standard shipping on all US orders over $56
  • Orders under $56 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and UPS and are not guaranteed. Plantiqo is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track USPS shipments at usps.com and UPS shipments at ups.com, or via the tracking link in your confirmation email.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@plantiqo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. For packages lost in transit, contact us and we will work with USPS or UPS to locate your shipment.

Please note that Plantiqo is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. We recommend ensuring your delivery address is accurate and secure before placing your order.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Plantiqo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@plantiqo.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
