Certain products on our site may be offered as pre-orders, including Thrive Leaf Guard Elixir. By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the time of purchase. Pre-order items will ship once available. Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith and may be subject to change. If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it ships, contact us at info@plantiqo.com and we will issue a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Shop Pay through our secure checkout powered by Shopify. All transactions are processed in US dollars. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your payment method.
We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or financial institution in connection with your purchase.
Section 8 — Shipping and Delivery
We ship all orders via USPS through Pirateship. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Plantiqo is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Section 9 — Returns and Refunds
Please review our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your product arrived damaged or defective, contact us at info@plantiqo.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Plantiqo products are formulated for use on houseplant leaves. Our products are not intended for human consumption, ingestion, or use on skin or hair. Keep out of reach of children and pets. While our formulas are plant-based and carefully crafted, individual plant species may respond differently. Always test on a small leaf area before full application. Plantiqo LLC is not responsible for any damage to plants resulting from improper use of our products.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us.
